D30: Looking through the keyhole (or two parking meters)

I was standing in the parking lot of  San Clemente beach taking pictures of the surfers down below on the beach.  I looked up and notice this composition between two parking meters.  frame it as best I could.

Manual:  Read page 46 and 47  "Using Full Auto".    Never used this setting.
