D323: Capsized

Took a walk along the marina on my lunch hour when I saw this boat capsized.  I stopped and waited to see if anyone would come to the rescue of the two young boys that were aboard.  Several minutes later, two boats came out and circle nearby but did not offer any assistance.  I then realize that it was a training course in progress and the boat had intentionally capsized.  The exercise was to see if they the two boys could turn the boat right size up. They crawled on top and were having a hard time pulling the sail out of the water.  My lunch time was almost over and I still had a mile and half  walk back to work.  I snap a few shots and continue with my walk. I look back several times to where the boat was and notice that they were able  to turn the boat right size up.
