Meditation Bench

This is one of my favorite spots to meditate or relax with a good book.  There is a creek directly to the right with a little waterfall.

I finish reading Canon 7d from great shot to snapshot and I've decided to read a series of ebooks I purchased from Craft and Vision. first on the list is:

The rain finally stop long enough for me to go out at lunchtime and take some photos.  I love my little point and shoot.

The Campanile (Sather Tower)

Sather Tower, known to most as the Campanile, is perhaps UC Berkeley's most famous symbol. Visible for miles, it stands 307 feet tall and is the third tallest bell and clock-tower in the world. The observation platform, located 200 feet up, provides visitors with a spectacular view of the entire Bay Area and of the campus. It is reachable via the combination of an elevator and stairs. The Campanile was completed in 1914.
